The “Explore Your Options” Assessment is provided through LendTrack.
Once you enter that experience and submit information, the assessment, qualification, potential program matching, and routing process is operated and controlled through LendTrack’s system, not by Plenitude Partners.
Information submitted through the LendTrack experience may include contact information and information about your business, business objectives, operating history, revenue or other business characteristics, readiness factors, and other information relevant to qualification and potential program matching.
LendTrack may use information submitted through its system to support qualification, potential program matching, and routing to participating funding partners where appropriate.
Plenitude Partners does not control the LendTrack assessment process, determine provider eligibility, underwrite the business, approve funding, or control participating funding-partner decisions.
Information submitted through the LendTrack experience is also subject to the LendTrack Privacy Policy LendTrack Terms of Service .

Participating Funding Partners
Where appropriate to the qualification, potential matching, routing, or funding process, information may be provided through the applicable systems to one or more participating funding partners.
Participating funding partners control their own documentation requirements, underwriting, eligibility decisions, offers, pricing or costs, payment structures, terms, approvals, funding, and servicing.
Once information is provided to a participating funding partner, that partner may process the information according to its own privacy practices and legal obligations.
Legal and Safety Purposes
