01
Introduction and Scope
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Plenitude Partners, LLC (“Plenitude Partners,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) website, educational resources, and other Plenitude Partners-controlled website features.
Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the Plenitude Partners website.
Certain features available through the website are operated by third parties and may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.
Our Privacy Policy explains how Plenitude Partners collects, uses, discloses, and protects information.
02
Business-Purpose Use and Eligibility
The Plenitude Partners website and funding-related services are intended for business-purpose use.
They are not intended to provide personal, family, or household financing.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live if higher, to submit business or funding information through the website.
If you submit information on behalf of a business or another organization, you represent that you are authorized to act on its behalf and to provide the information you submit.
03
Plenitude Partners’ Role
Plenitude Partners provides educational information, general information about business funding programs, process explanations, and a structured entry point into a technology-enabled qualification and potential matching process.
Plenitude Partners does not directly provide funding.
Plenitude Partners does not:
- underwrite businesses
- determine provider eligibility
- approve or deny funding
- establish a participating funding partner’s pricing, costs, payment structure, or terms
- provide funding
- service funding
- guarantee a provider match
- guarantee an offer
- guarantee approval
- guarantee funding
- guarantee a particular funding amount, cost, term, or timeline
Descriptions of funding programs on this website are general informational descriptions. They are not commitments, approvals, offers of funding, or guarantees that any program will be available to a particular business.
04
“Explore Your Options” Assessment, powered by LendTrack
The “Explore Your Options” Assessment is provided through LendTrack.
Once you enter that experience and submit information, the assessment, qualification, potential program matching, and routing process is operated and controlled through LendTrack’s system, not by Plenitude Partners.
LendTrack may process information submitted through its system to support qualification, potential program matching, information or document collection, and routing to participating funding partners where appropriate.
Plenitude Partners does not control the LendTrack assessment process, determine provider eligibility, underwrite the business, approve funding, or control participating funding-partner decisions.
Your use of the LendTrack experience is also subject to the LendTrack Terms of Service and LendTrack Privacy Policy .
05
Participating Funding Partners
Participating funding partners are separate businesses that independently control their own funding programs and provider-side processes.
A participating funding partner may establish its own:
- documentation requirements
- underwriting standards
- eligibility requirements
- offers
- pricing or costs
- payment structures
- terms
- approval decisions
- funding procedures
- servicing requirements
Information about a participating funding partner or funding program appearing on the Plenitude Partners website is provided for general informational purposes and does not mean that the partner will approve a business or offer any particular program or terms.
If you interact with a participating funding partner, that relationship may also be governed by the partner’s own agreements, disclosures, terms, and privacy practices.
06
Referral Relationships and Compensation
Plenitude Partners may receive compensation from participating funding partners in connection with referrals, introductions, or resulting transactions under applicable partner arrangements.
This relationship does not give Plenitude Partners control over a participating funding partner’s underwriting, eligibility decisions, offers, pricing, terms, approvals, funding, or servicing.
Plenitude Partners does not represent that a particular participating funding partner or funding program is necessarily the best, lowest-cost, or only option available to a business.
Any additional disclosure required in connection with a specific relationship, recommendation, advertisement, or transaction will be provided where applicable.
07
No Individualized Professional Advice
Content on the Plenitude Partners website is provided for general educational and informational purposes.
Nothing on the website constitutes individualized:
- financial advice
- legal advice
- tax advice
- accounting advice
- investment advice
- credit advice
- business consulting
- or another professional advisory service
Information on the website should not be treated as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional who has evaluated your specific circumstances.
No fiduciary, advisory, partnership, joint-venture, or agency relationship is created merely because you visit the website, use its educational resources, submit a Contact inquiry, or use the “Explore Your Options” experience.
08
Information You Provide
You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of information you provide through Plenitude Partners-controlled website features.
You should not knowingly submit false, misleading, fraudulent, or unauthorized information.
You represent that you have the right and authority to provide information you submit.
Do not submit Social Security numbers, bank-account credentials, passwords, or other highly sensitive information through the general Contact form.
Information requested through the LendTrack or participating funding-partner process should be provided only through the applicable process or secure method designated for that information.
09
Website and Program Information
We work to provide useful and accurate information, but funding programs, provider requirements, market conditions, technology, and other information may change.
Plenitude Partners does not warrant that every description, program characteristic, provider requirement, timeframe, or other piece of website information will remain current indefinitely.
Program availability and terms may vary by provider, business characteristics, geography, timing, and other factors.
Where the website describes ranges, potential timelines, program characteristics, or other general funding information, those descriptions are informational and do not guarantee that they will apply to a particular business.
10
Third-Party Services and Links
The website may incorporate, link to, or direct visitors to services operated by third parties, including LendTrack and participating funding partners.
Plenitude Partners does not control independently operated third-party websites, systems, policies, security practices, content, or services.
Your interaction with a third party is subject to that third party’s applicable terms, policies, disclosures, and agreements.
A link or connection to a third-party service does not, by itself, constitute a guarantee, endorsement of every aspect of that service, or representation that the third party will provide a particular result.
11
Communications
If you provide contact information, Plenitude Partners may send communications reasonably related to your inquiry, requested resource, customer journey, or other interaction, subject to applicable law and communication preferences.
Submitting a general Contact inquiry does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive marketing text messages.
Marketing communications will be handled in accordance with applicable consent and opt-out requirements.
You may review the Privacy Policy for additional information about communications and privacy practices.
12

18
Severability and No Waiver
If a provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.
A failure by Plenitude Partners to enforce a provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or of the right to enforce it later.
These Terms do not replace or modify a separate agreement that may apply between you and LendTrack, a participating funding partner, or another third party.
